Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. 3. Acceptable Use Policy As a user of Auto HiiLearner, you are required to adhere to all applicable laws and third-party guidelines: Compliance: You must strictly comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta’s Terms of Service, and TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) regulations. No Spam: Sending spam or unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited. Consent: You must obtain explicit, proper consent (opt-in) from your customers before sending them any messages. 4. Payment Terms Billing: Paid subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis in INR (Indian Rupees), exclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our official Refund Policy. 5. Data Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Your use of Auto HiiLearner is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process all personal and business data in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws. 6. Service Availability We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our platform. However, we cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party providers (such as Meta/WhatsApp servers or hosting providers). 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto HiiLearner shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform. 8. Termination and Cancellation By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, Meta's policies, or applicable laws.
